Yoga classes CBD Lake of the Ozarks
The first yoga class is free to try us out!
Current yoga classes are 1 hour long
Tuesdays at 9:00 am and 1:00 pm
Thursday’s at 9:00 am
Saturday’s at 10:00 am
It’s Hatha Yoga, all experience levels are welcome. This class is great for beginners up to advanced. The first yoga class with us is free then each class is $10 thereafter.
Yoga gear is available to use or purchase and package discounts are available.
Class is located inside CBD American Shaman on the square in Camdenton.
